Camporaghena – 845 mslm

It is a fairly isolated, very small village in the municipality of Comano, with stone houses linked together with stairs and arches.

Stunning are the ancient portals, with floating angels, entwined plants, striking human faces (the so-called “facion”, literally “big faces”), in Romanesque style, whose function is not yet entirely clear, but probably to be attributed to the apotropaic one, that is to say of protection of the houses against evil spirits.
